Faire La Fête Brut Rose Crémant
Faire La Fête Brut Rosé is from Limoux, France. A blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir, the wine is made in the traditional way, méthode traditionnelle, and aged on the lees for 15+ months before release. It is coral in color with aromas of white cherry and just-ripened wild strawberries. Fresh citrus acidity is balanced by minerality and a brioche and shortcake finish.
You deserve better than tank-fermented, sugar-loaded Prosecco. Level-up with Faire La Fête, French sparkling wine made the authentic way in Limoux, France with less than half the sugar of Prosecco, and 1/3 the price of high-end champagne.
Notes
The wine is a pale salmon color with a fine mousse. Wonderfully expressive with aromas of red berries, citrus, and toast.
