At Shoppers Vineyard we proudly guarantee the quality of all our products and services and customer satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order at info@shoppersvineyard.com. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking and processing fee. We store our wines under climate controlled conditions, and make every effort to ensure that your order is in the finest condition. However, as is the tradition in the wine trade, all wine five years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk. Shopper's Vineyard will not be held responsible.
