The wine is a golden-yellow color, and the nose presents fresh fruit, floral, and citrus aromas that recall grapefruit and mandarin orange flowers and lend complexity to the wine. The fruity notes intensify on the palate with vibrant acidity that balances perfectly with creaminess, good structure, and the lush mouthful that resulted from the malolactic fermentation, leading to a long and pleasing finish.A simple, direct chardonnay emphasizing tropical fruit, this has a rich, creamy texture, seamlessly incorporating mild spice and the kind of generous acidity that will tame grilled oysters.
Of pale yellow colour with greenish hues, this wine delivers aromas of fresh tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, as well as citric notes of orange zest that combine well with subtle aromas of honey and graphite. Its creamy feeling on the palate is refreshed by an intense acidity, characteristic of this cold vintage. It delivers flavours of fresh citric fruits, with a persistent ending and a captivating mineral feeling.
Pale gold. Aromas of fresh peach, melon and fig are lifted by hints of smoky minerals and ginger. Juicy and expansive on the palate, offering supple honeydew and pit fruit flavors and a touch of bitter quinine. A subtle honey note adds sweetness to the finish, which clings with good spicy persistence.
This is dense and intense with dried apple, light vanilla and stone character. Full body, bright acidity and a long finish. About 60% malolactic fermentation in this. Wild yeast. Only 10% new oak.
Popcorn and baked apple aromas are oaky but not overly woody. This feels fresh but with substance. Flavors of baked apple, woodspice and toast finish healthy, long and with acidic kick.
