Pelter Description
A dry, balanced, full-bodied wine with a long finish. Characterized by black fruit flavors, and eucalyptus spices. Named after the cumulus cloud, a stacking rain cloud, or by its everyday name – sheep cloud. A blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc grapes, handpicked from vineyards in the north Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
