This Cabernet punches well above its weight, showcasing the ripe fruit bounty of California’s sunshine for an everyday price.
Ample sun and warmth allows grapes to achieve full ripeness, leading to a full bodied, deep ruby Cabernet Sauvignon that is brimming with fruit, roundness and drinkability. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and oak-aged for 15 months, producing a full-bodied red that is balanced and smooth.
The wine has a brilliant burst of juicy plum, red and black berry fruits against a backdrop of chewy sweet spice, vanilla and cedar notes from new oak. The wine is balanced, enjoyably smooth and perfect for a night in with pizza.
Nose: Ripe Fruit: Expect a burst of juicy aromas dominated by dark fruits like blackberry, plum, and black cherry. California sunshine allows the grapes to ripen fully, leading to this intense fruit character. You might also detect some hints of baking spices like clove and vanilla.
Palate: Full-bodied, meaning it has a rich and weighty mouthfeel. Round and Smooth: Despite being full-bodied, the wine has well-integrated tannins. The dark fruit aromas carry through to the palate, with blackberry, plum, and black cherry flavors taking center stage.

With this idea in mind, Kevin Mehra launched 90+ Cellars. His concept was simple: allow great wineries to sell more wine through a new brand. By offering to not disclose the source, Kevin found that many wineries were happy to offer him their top wines at lower costs in order to sell more. And in doing so, 90+ Cellars was able to bring these world class wines to more people at better prices.
Our global selection is a result of these partnerships with wineries all over the world. The producers we work with all have a history of scoring 90+ point ratings on their wines. Without the overhead and geographical constraints of managing our own vineyards and wineries, we can focus on bringing you remarkable bottles.
