Intrinsic Description
The wine opens with notes of raspberry, mint, and lavender. The flavors are complex and layered with creamy milk chocolate, dark fruits, and anise. The texture is seamless, sophisticated, and finishes with elegant flavors of chocolate ganache.
This red blend pairs nicely with beef sliders, citrus marinated pork sandwich, and beef and pork meatballs in a chipotle sauce.

Each variety is fermented on the other’s skins, to add another layer of complexity. A herbal nose with notes of blackberries, white smoke, blueberries and baked cherries. Full-bodied with fine, slightly chewy tannins. Rich and balanced, with great clarity and levity. Nimble on the palate, while still packing a punch. 51% cabernet franc and 49% malbec. Best after 2024.
