2020 I’m The Boss Chardonnay
This Chardonnay is harvested at perfect maturity on clay-limestone hillsides. A low yield and long traditional vinification, with control of the temperatures gives this brilliant color the reflections of gold, with complex aromas of white flowers and sweet vanilla.
Notes
Nice pale shining robe. Aromatic intensity with aromas of white and exotic fruits and coconut. Full bodied wine, elegant hints of oak barrel with vanilla notes in the aftertaste

This wine comes from our family vineyards in the south of France, Languedoc. Harvesting the grapes at late maturity and with low yields allowing to have a nice fruit and acidity balance
