The brilliant 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is slightly richer, revealing more smokiness, graphite and creme de cassis notes as well as a dense purple color, a big, masculine, tannic mouthfeel and a full bodied, rich finish. This majestic Cabernet Sauvignon should age effortlessly for 25 to 30 years. It possesses slightly more sucrosity and flesh than the 2009, but both of these are brilliant examples of hillside Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Cabernet Franc.
