Bouquet opens with hazelnut, asphalt, fennel, asparagus and damp hay; additional air contact adds metallic/botanical fragrances that suggest lead pipe, dill, brine and charred oak. In the mouth, loads of rich, maple-like flavors delight the tastebuds. Finishes softer than I expected.
