Capel is a grape spirit produced in Chile. It blended from three different grapes. It contains approximant thirty percent Muscat, seventy percent Pedro Jimenez and an unknown amount of Torontel grapes. It is place in oak barrels and aged from anywhere from four to six months. It is slowly distilled with water that comes from the amazingly beautiful high Andes Mountains. With all theses ingredients it creates an amazing spirit with a tremendous bouquet that makes your mouth water.
Capel Description
Pisco Capel is an all natural grape spirit produced in northern Chile. It is a blend of 30% Muscat grapes and 70% Pedro Jimenez and Torontel grapes, then aged in wooden casks for four to six months. It is slowly distilled with the crystal-clear water from the high Andes Mountains, resulting in a transparent spirit with delicate bouquet.
