Arak Touma comes from the country of Lebanon. It is made from verity of sweet grapes which are pressed and then fermented and then distilled over a low fire. Then only the highest quality aniseed is then added. The batch fills into earthenware jars to age and mellow for at least six months. They also named this product after the King of Arak.
