Pale straw yellow, with emerald accents. The bouquet is powerful and generous, almost woody and spicy, characterised by intense aromatic richness, with toasted, buttery, and wine-rich aromas. Bold initial notes presaging a full, fruity taste that is nicely structured. This is an ideal apéritif champagne that is powerful, vigorous, and highly vivacious. With a meal, it is perfect with shellfish, crustaceans, fish, or white meat.
