The El Perseguidor 2015 Malbec/Cabernet Sauvignon Blend displays a lovely freshness with aromas of ripe blackberries, blueberries, black plum with a lifted earthy mineral note that carries onto the palate. Hints of mocha, cedar and dill indicate a gentle use of oak. A strong and classic characteristic aroma of dried violets lingers on the nose and follows through on the finish. Structurally the wine is in perfect balance, staying true to the delicate style of the producer; taking two powerful grapes and blending them effortlessly into a softer, more harmonious medley.
